How to keep score
- List the players or teams, one per line. Set a target score if the game is played to a number, like 500.
- Turn on Lowest score wins for games like golf and Hearts, where the leader has the fewest points.
- Tap +1, +5, or +10, or type any amount, including negative numbers, and press Add.
- Made a mistake? Press Undo. The game is saved in your browser, so a refresh or closed tab won’t lose it.
Made for game night
The score keeper works for almost any game that adds up points: card games like Rummy and Hearts, word games, dominoes, trivia nights, and board games with end-of-round scoring. Each player gets a big, color-coded total, and a crown marks whoever is in the lead.
Tips
- Prop a tablet in the middle of the table or use Full screen on a TV so everyone can see the scores.
- For round-based games, have one person add everyone’s points at the end of each round, and use the scoring history to check what was added.
- Playing a sport instead? The Scoreboard has two big team scores and a game clock.
Frequently asked questions
How many players can I track?
Up to 16 players or teams, each with their own color and running total.
Can I subtract points?
Yes. Press −1, or type a negative number like −15 in the box and press Add.
What happens when someone reaches the target score?
The score keeper celebrates and announces the winner. In lowest-score-wins mode, reaching the target ends the game, and the player with the fewest points wins.
Will I lose the scores if I close the page?
No. Scores are saved in this browser as you play. Press Reset scores for a new game with the same players.
